Appointments

With early morning, daytime, and evening slots available, Bodywise Physiotherapy Clinic offers flexible appointment times to cater to everybody’s needs. We accept self referrals without the need of a doctors letter. We also take referrals from GPs, consultants and insurance companies. Please note that appointments will be charged for if they are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.

Initial Consultation

We always start with an initial consultation, including an in-depth verbal and physical assessment of your problem. This may involve getting undressed to examine the problem area, so we often recommend bringing a pair of shorts if your problem is in your back or lower limb.

Following the assessment you will receive a full explanation of the findings and diagnosis. Treatment, a progressive exercise programme and a treatment plan will always be included in the initial consultation along with all relevant activity modification and postural advice.

Follow-up Sessions

Each follow-up session will begin with a discussion of your progress and any changes in symptoms since your previous session. If any new problems have emerged, these will be reassessed and evaluated. Your treatment will be tailored according to this evaluation.
